Before joining Auriga, Sébastien worked for 5 years, including 2 years in England, within an industrial group. He was in charge of acquisitions and prepared its IPO.

Within Auriga, Sébastien participated in the structuring of around 100 investments, 22 IPOs and 25 trade sales. He is a board member of a number of participations. He is also in charge of investor relations for the managed funds.     

 Sébastien is a graduate of the Institut Supérieur de Gestion.

In 2013, strengthened by this recognized executive dimension and her expertise, she created Emergences Santé Conseil, a consulting firm specific to the healthcare industry through which she has accompanied entrepreneurs in the development of their activities.

At the same time, she was an Innovation Project Manager for the French Radiology Society, a member of the "DAS Diagnostic and Interventional Imaging" Commission of Medicen and a member of the "Medtech Diagnostics" Commission of France Biotech.

Trained in corporate coaching, conflict mediation and co-development, she now assists, through her structure Emergences-Co, executives, managers and their teams with a systemic and solution-oriented approach, to combine individual commitment with collective efficiency.

  • VitaDX raised €1.2 million in July 2015 from 28 individual French shareholders as well as a Singaporean and an American for investments between 10 and €30k.
  • In June 2017, VitaDX completed a second fundraising of €1.5 million from two investment funds Go Capital and Auriga Partners and two private investors.
  • In July 2019, VitaDX raised €4.07 million (€2.5 million from the historical venture capital funds, Go Capital, Auriga Partners, and FFBB Management; €1.5 million from Odyssee Venture) to support the finalization of VisioCyt®.
  • In September 2020, VitaDX has completed a €3M financing round with its historical investors GO CAPITAL, ODYSSEE Venture and FFBB Management and its financial partners BNP Paribas, CIC Ouest, BPGO and Caisse d'Epargne
